Meet Hans & John Gust

Hans Gust

I have been active as a real estate professional for over 30 + years. During this time I have been involved in selling a range of products, from apartment units to single family dwellings, to luxury new homes. Most recently I have been involved in the marketing of investment and commercial properties. I have also been involved in project marketing and land assembly. My latest accomplishment was being actively involved in the acquisition, development, financing, building and marketing of a luxury - two suites per floor, nine-story condominium development.

My experience has allowed me to acquire skills in the construction and financing areas of the business as well. During my career I owned my own real estate company for a period of 10 years. I have always been in the top percentile in sales production during my real estate career and have been recognized by my peers for my success. Having attended many sales conventions and seminars, I have established excellent working relationships with realtors throughout British Columbia and Canada and have connections to some of the top realtors. John Gust
